Volunteer Information

Plans are underway for the 2008 Rogue Winterfest at Evergreen Federal Bank's Bear Hotel, 2101 NE Spalding Avenue, Grants Pass.

Rogue Winterfest sponsors are Three Rivers Community Hospital and Evergreen Federal Bank.

Events include:

• Private Unveiling and Media Event
• Christmas Culinary Classic and Auction
• Gala Event and Tree Auction
• Public Preview Weekend, Entertainment, and Activities

All in one location - The Bear Hotel, Grants Pass

We invite you to become a part of the Festival Family by joining us as a volunteer. Whether you are greeting people, soliciting auction items, registering guests, or decorating, each and every person involved is an important part of the celebration. An incredible number of people have given their time, energy and resources to make our past Festivals successful. We are very grateful to be a part of such a caring community.

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable shoes. White or light colored blouse or shirt is recommended with black or dark pants or skirt.

What will you be doing?

Job assignments are based on your requests and the information you provide on the volunteer form. All jobs require your full attention so please do not bring children with you.

Confirmation

Prior to the Festival, each volunteer will receive a confirmation phone call regarding the date and time they are scheduled to help. Volunteers will also be notified as to the check-in location.

If you cannot help at the designated time, please contact Sue Price at 541-890-5472 seventy-two hours prior to your designated shift. Volunteers must be at least high school age.
